Brian Luper

Brian Luper, Partner, joined The Strategic Implementer in November 2014.

Brian runs the day-to-day operations of our Hiring Platform as well as serves as a consultant to many of our clients.  Brian works with our clients to provide strategy, ideas and accountability, a large component of our services.

Brian graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2006 with a degree in Economics and after obtaining a JD from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles in 2009, he went on to start his own law practice with two partners.  Brian acted as managing partner of the firm, obtaining millions of dollars of recovery for his clients.  He left the law firm life in 2014 to join The Strategic Implementer because his true passion is working with business owners and helping them achieve their goals and he wants to share that passion with other firms.

Brian and his girlfriend, Alli, reside in Auburn, MA with their dog and three cats. They enjoy kayaking and exploring new areas.

Ginny Hudgens

Ginny Hudgens, Partner, started out in the financial services industry in 1992 as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Group of J.C. Bradford & Co., a regional brokerage firm purchased by PaineWebber (now UBS) in 2000.

In August of 2000, she accepted a position with a financial advisor, his only employee at the time, as the "jack of all trades".  At the time of her employment, the firm had approximately $7 million in assets under management.  Later, as the COO of the firm, she and the advisor built the firm to over $115 million in assets under management.  Ginny was responsible for managing all aspects of the firm, leading team strategy sessions and implementing the initiatives that drove the firm growth.

In March of 2006, she founded The Strategic Implementer to share her skills with other advisors who are READY to take their business to the next level.  Her background has put her in the unique position of knowing exactly what it takes to build a successful advisory firm. 

Ginny has written for and been written about in such publications as The Journal of Financial Planning, Investment News and Bob Veres’ Inside InformationShe is frequently asked to speak and has spoken to groups including several FPA chapters, Geneos Wealth Advisors in Denver, FPA Business Solutions Conference and Insider’s Forum.

Ginny is a 1988 graduate of the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Business Administration (concentration in Finance).   She is married and her husband has two grown sons, one who served his country in Iraq for 15 months and his younger brother, who is now her Partner in The Strategic Implementer.

Kristen Paradeses

Kristen Paradeses, Hiring Associate, joined the firm in November of 2017.

Kristen has quickly made an impact by finding quality candidates for very hard to fill positions. She is focused and has a positive attitude, which serves her well while searching for the right employee. Her passion for helping people and ability to forecast a client’s needs gives her the tools needed to find the best possible candidates.

Kristen graduated from Albright College in Reading PA with a degree in Philosophy and History and shortly after obtained a Masters in Technology from NJIT. Kristen went on to join Merrill Lynch as a Technology Compliance Officer in downtown Manhattan. After obtaining her series 7 and 63, she left there to join Sagemark Consulting, a Wealth Management Firm that focused on servicing high net worth clients where she spent over 12 years helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Kristen resides with her husband and her three children in Long Island, NY. They enjoy their summers in Maine with extended family.



Olivia Luper

Olivia Luper is the founder of Lexicon Content Development and began working with The Strategic Implementer in the summer of 2018 providing content writing and social media management services. She provides high-quality, original content that focuses on helping each client meet his or her specific business goals.

Offered products include blog posts, newsletters, white papers, e-books, and marketing materials. She is also highly proficient in developing and managing a social media presence through platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Olivia graduated from Florida Atlantic University with her Master of Arts in English in May 2016 where she concentrated on American Modern and Postmodern Literature. She taught high school English at Martin County High School from 2011-2013 and began writing website content in 2013 while completing her graduate studies.

Olivia resides in South Florida with her husband, David, their baby boy, and her two daughters.
