Ginny began a rich career in financial services as VP in the Investment Banking Group of J.C. Bradford & Co., before moving on to work for a financial advisor where she helped take the firm from $7 million in assets under management to over $115 million in her role as COO. Ginny managed all aspects of the firm, including team strategy and growth initiatives, before founding The Strategic Implementer in 2006.
Ginny is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Business Administration and is a published writer and speaker.
She is wife to Ken Luper, stepmother to Brian and his brother, David. They have 3 grandchildren who they love spending time with. They have two dogs, four cats and spend any free time traveling.

Brian Luper joined The Strategic Implementer in November 2014. With years of experience consulting with clients, Brian now contributes to strategic planning, marketing, and service modeling for our clients. Brian leads the firm’s hiring division and is an expert on firm process development.
Brian graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Economics and then went on to Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. Brian then started and managed a law firm for five years. It was then that he realized his passion for working with business owners and helping them achieve their goals and he joined The Strategic Implementer.
In his free time, Brian enjoys crossword puzzles, chess, and riding his bicycle. Brian and his girlfriend Alli reside in Cincinnati with a dog and two cats.
