Ginny began a rich career in financial services as VP  in the Investment Banking Group of J.C. Bradford & Co., before moving on to work for a financial advisor where she helped take the firm from $7 million in assets under management to over $115 million in her role as COO.   Ginny managed all aspects of the firm, including team strategy and growth initiatives, before founding The Strategic Implementer in 2006.

Ginny is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Business Administration and is a published writer and speaker.

She is wife to Ken Luper, stepmother to Brian and his brother, David.  They have 3 grandchildren who they love spending time with.  They have two dogs, four cats and spend any free time traveling.

Brian Luper, Esq.

Brian Luper joined The Strategic Implementer in November 2014.  With years of experience consulting with clients, Brian now contributes to strategic planning, marketing, and service modeling for our clients.  Brian leads the firm’s hiring division and is an expert on firm process development.  

Brian graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Economics and then went on to Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.  Brian then started and managed a law firm for five years.  It was then that he realized his passion for working with business owners and helping them achieve their goals and he joined The Strategic Implementer.

In his free time, Brian enjoys crossword puzzles, chess, and riding his bicycle.  Brian and his girlfriend Alli reside in Cincinnati with a dog and two cats.

Suly Salazar-Layton

Hiring Division

Suly joined The Strategic Implementer in August 2023.  She is assisting in the Hiring Division, with client onboarding and host of other projects.

Suly leverages over 30 years in the financial services industry through a variety of domestic and international roles in Marketing, Operations, Risk, Business Development, and Compliance. Her career spans GE Capital, Genworth Financial, MoneyGuidePro, Capital One, and Campbell Wealth Management. She cares deeply about helping people reach the retirement they want and has worked with thousands of financial professionals on connecting with women and couples. Suly has been quoted in the New York Times, AM Best, NAFA and other industry publications, and has been a presenter for top financial professional conferences.

As a lifelong learner who is passionate about helping youth, Suly is currently working on her Masters of Education in Counseling at William & Mary and is completing a school counseling internship at a local high school. A graduate of Yale University, Suly has served as the Alumni School Committee Director for the Yale Club of Richmond for over 15 years. She is a native of Colombia and lives in the Richmond, Virginia area. She loves traveling and spending time with her family, dog, and cats.
