Marketing

We take care of all aspects of your recruitment marketing – from writing your job ad (which you’ll sign off on) to posting the ad on the top and most appropriate job boards for that specific role.

Sifting

We’ll cull through the resumes and invite the best candidates for a short initial Zoom interview before asking the shortlist to complete a career history form.

Interview

You’ll receive a comprehensive dossier on each candidate that we recommend for formal interview - including guidance on questions to ask, along with resumes, career history, our initial interview notes and a scorecard for each person shortlisted.

Compatibility assessment

Every final selection candidate will receive a Caliper Assessment to indicate how well matched their skillset is with their position. They can also be assessed on MS Office skills, detail orientation and any role-specific requirements.

Vetting

We’ll conduct background checks including criminal and credit history, employment and education verification, plus employer and character references as required.

Offer & Training Roadmap

We’ll draft the offer letter and notify unsuccessful candidates. Then we’ll establish your onboarding process, including identifying initial training required and goal setting during their probationary period.

The way we work together

Our hiring services are provided to our retainer clients at a discount. They are also offered to non-retainer clients at a cost of $7,500 to $15,000 depending on the position for which we are hiring. We’ll agree a fixed fee at the outset so you know our candidate selection process is only ever influenced by quality and never by commission.
